About the byline
Nearly every piece of writing on this site comes from the same place: the team that designed and built the thirty games here. Rather than rotating anonymous bylines or attaching fictional names to individual pieces, we publish everything under one identity and are open about what that identity is.
What we claim is what we can demonstrate. We built these games; the guides describe systems we implemented. What we do not claim — and will not invent — are degrees, awards, professional memberships, certifications, industry positions or employment at well-known studios. Those claims are trivially easy to fabricate and impossible for a reader to verify, so we simply do not make them.
Areas of focus
- HTML5 and Canvas browser games — building games that run everywhere with no install, no plugin and no framework.
- Endless runner and arcade mechanics — jump and slide timing, lane systems, combo economies, near-miss scoring.
- Procedural level generation — pattern libraries, weighted selection, and solvability guarantees.
- Game feel and input design — latency, hitbox tuning, control schemes across keyboard and touch.
- Accessibility in browser games — keyboard navigation, non-canvas instructions, reduced motion, touch target sizing.
- Mobile and touch design — gesture recognition, responsive canvas scaling, performance on modest hardware.
Editorial approach
Three principles govern everything published here.
Describe what we built. When an article states a number — the minimum reaction window, the gap-width cap, the combo tier thresholds — that value comes from the engine source, not from memory or from another site.
Distinguish fact from judgement. "Gaps are capped at 55% of jump range" is a fact about our code. "Pixel Dash is the best starting point" is an opinion, and it is phrased like one.
Refuse to fabricate. No invented statistics, no fake studies, no manufactured quotes, no star ratings for a review system that does not exist, and no claims that playing games improves cognition. The full rules are in the Editorial Policy and Fact-Checking Policy.

Contact
Corrections, disagreements, bug reports and accessibility feedback all reach the editorial team directly at editorial@endlessrunnerarcade.xyz, or through the contact page. Reader-reported errors are one of the most common reasons articles here get updated.
Social profiles
Endless Runner Arcade does not currently maintain social media accounts. If that changes, links will be added here. We would rather show nothing than link to placeholder profiles that do not exist.
