Please read before using the form. Endless Runner Arcade is a fully static website with no server-side code and no backend. The form below is provided as a convenience: it opens a pre-filled message in your own email application rather than transmitting anything itself. Nothing you type is sent anywhere until you press send in your own email client. If your device has no email client configured, the form will not do anything useful — please email us directly instead.

Reporting a bug in a game

Game bugs are the most useful thing you can send us, and the most useful bug reports include:

Which game, and roughly how far into the run it happened;
What you expected and what actually happened;
Your browser and version, and whether you were on desktop or mobile;
Whether it happens every time or occasionally.

If you believe a section was genuinely impossible rather than merely hard, please say so explicitly — our generator is supposed to guarantee that never happens, so a credible report of it is a high-priority fix.

Corrections

If something in a guide is factually wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Our correction process is described in the Fact-Checking Policy: substantive corrections are made in the article, noted on it, and the updated date is changed.

Accessibility feedback

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to know. Please include what you were trying to do, what assistive technology you were using if any, and what happened. We take these seriously and treat them as bugs rather than suggestions.

What we cannot help with

Recovering lost scores. All records are stored in your own browser. We have no copy of them, so if your site data is cleared they are gone permanently.
Account issues. There are no accounts on this site.
Other people's games. We only make the games hosted here.

Response times

We read everything that arrives. We are a small team and cannot promise a response to every message, but corrections, accessibility reports and credible bug reports are prioritised and usually answered.
